bang CHERRY BLADE LEMONADE
Released in March 2018, BANG has introduced one of the top flavors that's hard to finish... I wonder if this is just a matter of personal preference.

In 2001, while living in the United States, I encountered energy drinks through the dance scene and was deeply impressed. After returning to Japan, I found that energy drinks were considered novelty beverages, so I established a comprehensive website in 2013 to share the true appeal of energy drinks. As an energy drink enthusiast, I began drinking them seriously again, collecting over 7,000 varieties of energy drinks from various countries. I am also active as a critic and expert, receiving media interviews.
Flavor of bang CHERRY BLADE LEMONADE
Colorless and transparent. There’s a distinct smell mixed with cherry that reminds me of the unique odor you get when entering an old, poorly ventilated, small store in America. Personally, I can't stand this smell, so just the fragrance itself was overwhelming...
Ignoring the unpleasant scent and trying it... The flavor itself is a sweet cherry taste. The lemonade flavor is pretty weak. The sweet cherry taste completely overpowers the lemonade. If anything, it's not a sweet lemonade but rather a subtle lemon tang added as a hidden flavor.
It has an artificial cherry Coke-like sweetness with a hint of artificial lemon sourness, almost like it’s been shaken together. It’s not bad, but if asked if I’d want to drink it again, I’d say no.
After drinking it, the unpleasant smell lingers. What is that smell? It’s like a rotten cherry Coke smell, but it's hard to describe. As I mentioned earlier, some places in America have this smell the moment you walk in, and naturally, it makes it hard to breathe through your nose (ヽ´ω`)
Energy Ingredients of bang CHERRY BLADE LEMONADE
Contains 300mg of caffeine, creatine, BCAA, and CoQ10. It includes ingredients that are suitable before or after exercise and training, but the exact amounts of creatine and others are unknown, so it’s better not to expect too much. It’s probably better to get these ingredients from a regular supplement.
Design of bang CHERRY BLADE LEMONADE
There’s nothing much to say about the design, as it’s just a simple style, but the red and green make it hard to imagine what Cherry Blade Lemonade would look like. Bang has released so many flavors that it’s difficult to convey the product image with just two colors on a black base. Eventually, the designs start to overlap. Even when you just look at the color, it’s hard to associate it with the flavor name. They might need a complete redesign at some point.
On the back, it shows Bang Zero and an 18+ label. With 300mg of caffeine, which is pretty much a weapon in terms of content, it’s important to be cautious and not overdo it, especially when combining it with coffee or tea.
Drinkers like to consume about three energy drinks a day to take their supplements, so reviewing Bang and other high-caffeine energy drinks can be tricky...
