And despite the clear appearance, this drink is packed with dense ingredients.

To put it simply, one can of bang contains the same amount of caffeine as four and a half Red Bulls.

There's a caution that people under 18 shouldn't drink it. If you've ever felt shaky from drinking Red Bull (whether placebo or real), this one is probably not for you.

The label on the back of the can is unnecessarily cool. It only has content that makes you think, "This is serious business."

The fine print says something like "This is not some sugary, unhealthy soda for regular folks!" Below that, there's a note saying people under 18 shouldn't drink it, with labels for zero carbs, zero sugar, zero calories, and zero artificial coloring.

The bang energy drink itself isn’t that mainstream, and it’s clearly not targeted at the general public, so it contains ingredients you wouldn’t normally see. It's packed with familiar ingredients for those who do bodybuilding, like creatine, CoQ10, and BCAAs, clearly aimed at Mr. Olympia-level athletes.
Regular people would probably be just fine with Red Bull, Monster, or Rockstar.

Not Recommended as a Regular Energy Drink for Average People

The bang series is designed for people who are serious about bodybuilding, allowing them to hydrate while also taking in effective ingredients. The caffeine content is higher than typical shot-style energy drinks.
The flavor is refreshing, sweet, and delicious, but since the content is so hardcore, I wouldn't recommend it as a regular energy drink.
