Upon opening, a refreshing mint aroma and the sweet-sour scent of strawberries burst out. The liquid is clear with a pale pink hue, giving it a strawberry-like appearance. A mojito and strawberry combination—what could it taste like? Let’s find out.

As I take a sip, a light, sweet-sour blend of strawberry and raspberry flavors spreads across my palate, followed by the cool aroma and refreshing sensation of mint. It’s undoubtedly a “Mojito Strawberry” blend.

The berry flavor lacks fruitiness and instead has a sugar-sweetened taste. While the mint's freshness gives it a light and refreshing feel, the berry’s acidity lingers, making the aftertaste a bit cloying.

Both the mojito and berry elements are well-represented, but I felt that a fresher strawberry flavor would have complemented the mojito’s crisp profile better. Overall, the flavor balance seems off.

Limited-edition products often come with higher expectations, which is understandable. However, the PARTY EDITION 2022 didn’t just fall into the category of “polarizing” flavors—it failed to bring out the best in either the strawberry or the mojito, making it a significant letdown.

Since the drink itself is mojito & strawberry, it’s a bit of a missed opportunity that the colors don’t connect with the flavor. If the orange elements had been pink instead, the design and flavor might have felt more cohesive.

This release carries the label “PARTY EDITION,” but another version called “SUMMER EDITION” was also launched alongside it. BIG SHOCK’s summer-limited releases typically come in two editions at the same time, making it a recurring trend.
