Although it’s an artificial berry taste, there’s no chemical aftertaste, and the tanginess of the raspberry lingers pleasantly, creating a refreshing and enjoyable flavor.

Energy drinks made by supplement manufacturers often come in flavors that resemble powdered supplement drinks, which tend to be artificial, but BUCKED UP’s blue raspberry flavor stands out as quite drinkable with a high level of completeness.

It has the perfect balance of being easy to drink during exercise while still providing satisfying flavor.

It contains 300mg of caffeine, beta-alanine, taurine, tyrosine, theanine, ginseng, teacrine, methyliberine, α-GPC, and huperzine A, making it suitable for both physical and mental effects.

The exact amounts of these ingredients are unclear, so it's uncertain how much effect you can expect. From my personal experience, the only noticeable effect was a slight beta-alanine flush—a tingling sensation from the beta-alanine and caffeine combination.

Since around 2020, energy drinks created by sports supplement companies have been incorporating high caffeine, zero sugar, and new ingredient blends. It's exciting to see how these ingredients blend together, and looking at the nutritional content is a lot of fun.

Personally, I enjoy researching and trying out a wide range of supplements, and these American energy drinks give me a sense of the new era while also reminding me of the origins of energy drinks.

The matte black can has the BUCKED UP deer logo and the minimal text necessary, resulting in a simple and cool design. If the logo were switched around, it would resemble the simple design of Monster Energy.

There are no energy-related slogans or catchphrases, and based on the ingredients, it’s clear that this is a serious, authentic fitness-oriented energy drink. However, with just this design on the front, it’s hard to tell exactly what kind of energy drink it is.

For those familiar with the original BUCKED UP supplements, this design is easy to recognize, but I honestly think it may not have much appeal to people who don’t know the brand. I first saw and bought it at a Walmart in the Bay Area, but before that, I had never heard of the BUCKED UP supplement brand.

On the back, you can see the logos of the unique ingredient blends. I think most people who use fitness supplements regularly might not recognize these newer brands.

While I couldn't tell how much of an effect these specific ingredient blends had after trying it, it certainly looks like a fresh, innovative energy drink designed for fitness. Personally, I really appreciate how the can focuses on a simple design without listing the ingredient brands on the front.
