Upon opening the can, a fresh, slightly bitter aroma reminiscent of pink grapefruit and bitter orange fills the air. This looks promising! Let's take a sip.

Upon tasting, the flavor of pink grapefruit unfolds with a solid bitterness and a clean, refreshing feel.

Despite the strong bitterness, the texture is light, which could be seen as easy to drink in a good way, but in a negative sense, it might be said that the flavor lacks the richness of the fruit’s flesh. Personally, I would have preferred more of the refreshing burst of fruitiness.

Instead of focusing on the fruit’s authenticity, it seems more suitable for purchasing this as a large-volume, budget-friendly option to casually drink a slightly cheap grapefruit flavor.

The BULLIT series released in Germany in 2023 features a simple design, combining the common mirror silver with two flavor colors. It's simple, but for a budget brand, this design seems perfectly fine.

On the bottom of the can, you’ll notice the Nutri-Score, which started appearing around 2020. The score is the lowest, marked as “E”, due to the high sugar content. If it were sugar-free, the score would improve.

As this is a budget energy drink, the design doesn't seem particularly refined. It could even be seen as a bit of a lazy design.

The BULLIT series sometimes undergoes major design changes, so it gives the impression that the brand image isn't fully solidified.

Here is what it looks like in stores. While the can design may be underwhelming, when placed in color-coordinated cases for each flavor, it looks colorful and appealing. Since it’s priced at about half the cost of major brands, it’s worth picking up if you come across it while traveling in Europe.
