Get Japanese and Korean energy drinks

Posted on July 17, 2014 | Last updated March 12, 2025

Finally Got a Micro Energy Drink (*´ェ`*)

I bought an energy drink that was released in Japan but that I hadn't tried yet!
For these rare micro-type energy drinks, you can buy a case online, but since I don’t need that many, I hadn’t bought any. This time, I was happy to find the Beast Eye Sapphire for the first time too! (´∀`*)

The Beast Eye Sapphire was released quite a while ago but is still pretty rare. In fact, I rarely even see the regular Beast Eye (・_・;)

The Bionic Ace doesn't have energy drink labeling, so I think I'll list it as an energy drink-like product. I like the look of the can. I believe it was 90 yen (I can’t remember exactly lol), which is cheap, and I think it could gain more popularity. Personally, I feel more attracted to energy drinks that differentiate themselves based on price, like Miracle Energy V, rather than those sold for 200 yen.

Energy Drinks from Korea

Korean Energy Drinks
And I got some energy drinks as souvenirs from Korea!
It just so happened that the day I bought the Japanese micro-energy drinks coincided with my return to Japan, so I’ll introduce these together.

The three varieties of HOT6 are cheap and well-known, I think. It might even be available in Japan, but I like these local ones without Japanese writing on the packaging as souvenirs.
The other one with all the Hangul writing, I’m not sure about, as this is the first time I’ve seen it. I’ll have to get the person who brought it back for me to translate it.
It’s really thoughtful of them to search for energy drinks, even though they don’t know much about them!~

≪OLD I was interviewed about energy drinks. The smell of energy drinks is strong on the train NEW≫

In 2001, while living in the United States, I encountered energy drinks through the dance scene and was deeply impressed. After returning to Japan, I found that energy drinks were considered novelty beverages, so I established a comprehensive website in 2013 to share the true appeal of energy drinks. As an energy drink enthusiast, I began drinking them seriously again, collecting over 7,000 varieties of energy drinks from various countries. I am also active as a critic and expert, receiving media interviews.
