I bought too many energy drinks at full price.
It’s risky to jump on campaign bandwagons
Recently, I've participated in quite a few campaigns:
- Monster Energy limited gear campaign
- Lawson and Ponta's Red Bull F1 campaign
- FamilyMart T-card's Rossi's Monster Energy campaign
- Now there's a campaign at Thanks with Nico Rosberg, featuring special Monster Energy with merchandise
In total, I've bought nearly 200 cans of energy drinks at full price recently.
I usually thought I'd only buy overseas energy drinks at a premium, but since starting this site and increasing my interactions on Twitter, I’ve found myself joining in on energy drink-related campaigns more often, so I guess it’s unavoidable, haha.
※How to buy energy drinks cheaply
There’s a huge stockpile of overseas energy drinks, and more will be arriving next month, so I’m hoping I won’t need to buy more energy drinks this year.
In other words, I’m saying, no more campaigns, please (;´∀`).
Hoping the site becomes a good source of information...
For campaigns, if you know about them, the information circulates, but if you’re not in the know, it can pass you by unnoticed. Sometimes on Twitter, I almost missed out on something because I didn’t catch the buzz in time, and I want to make sure that doesn’t happen. That's why I hope to share information more and more through the synergy between my site and Twitter.
Beyond campaigns and new product info, I’m really glad that people have been using the site for reference when choosing energy drinks, both domestic and international. Going forward, I’m planning to review more energy drinks from regions other than North America, so I’d like to structure the site in a way that lets people check it out before traveling abroad.
I'll keep adding rare information that only a few overseas fans know about
Additionally, I’m preparing to share more niche info, like limited editions or discontinued products, so the site can become even more comprehensive. Since I personally review and share the energy drinks I've actually tried, I believe the information I provide is as real as it gets. These items, which are often five or ten times the original price plus high shipping costs, are probably things that almost no one in Japan knows about, so I hope to deliver unique content. Stay tuned!

In 2001, while living in the United States, I encountered energy drinks through the dance scene and was deeply impressed. After returning to Japan, I found that energy drinks were considered novelty beverages, so I established a comprehensive website in 2013 to share the true appeal of energy drinks. As an energy drink enthusiast, I began drinking them seriously again, collecting over 7,000 varieties of energy drinks from various countries. I am also active as a critic and expert, receiving media interviews.
