A Strongly Sour Chemical Classic Flavor
A typical golden color and aroma of classic energy drinks. What kind of taste does this ultra-low-priced 39p classic flavor offer?
As soon as you take a sip, you’re met with a highly sour classic flavor, followed by a unique off-note that lingers in your nose—this is the hallmark of a classic chemical energy drink. The medicinal taste is so strong that it completely wipes out the sweet-and-sour profile midway through.
With sourness and chemical bitterness balanced at a near 50:50 ratio, both elements fight for dominance, making it surprisingly difficult to drink.
The flavor gives off the impression of being "effective," but personally, the excessive sourness and distinctive chemical bitterness make it a bit too much for my taste.
Energy Ingredients of EMERGE ENERGY DRINK ORIGINAL
Contains 75mg of caffeine and 1000mg of taurine. No other energy ingredients are included, but at just 55p, it's nearly identical in composition to major brands. Given the cost of living in the UK, this is an incredibly cheap option.
Design of EMERGE ENERGY DRINK ORIGINAL
The EMERGE series is characterized by its geometric patterns, and the original flavor features a red and silver color scheme. This particular can is a collaboration with MTV, which is why the top portion is black.
For comparison, I placed the Original and Sugar Free versions side by side, and… they look nearly identical!
