The Yujiro Hanma Energy Drink, released alongside the Baki Energy Drink, has a strikingly intense package design! There’s never been an energy drink with a package like this in any of the previous collaboration energy drinks, right? Σ(´∀｀；)

Flavor is awful, just like Baki

As expected, the contents are the same as the Baki Energy Drink. One shouldn’t expect much from character-themed drinks, but it would have been interesting if they had created a flavor that suited the character, since there are only two options (；´∀｀).

Moreover, since the flavor is the same as the Baki Energy Drink, the spicy kick is excessively strong, and I was barely able to drink it.

After trying the Yujiro Hanma Energy Drink, I realized even more that it has a strong nutritional drink component. Energy drinks are a type of juice where the taste is incredibly important, so this is a completely different category from nutritional drinks.

Energy Ingredients of Yujiro Hanma Energy Drink

The ingredients are the same as the Baki version, so to sum it up quickly, it contains 135ml of caffeine, 300mg of arginine, guarana, and maca, with a strong spicy kick.

Be careful not to get overwhelmed by the aroma before drinking, and also be wary of the unpleasant taste once you drink it. These are the main points to be cautious of.

This kind of energy drink hasn’t been seen in Japan

Both the Baki and Yujiro Hanma Energy Drinks have such a bad flavor that there’s nothing else to say about them.

However, when it comes to the Yujiro Hanma Energy Drink, I think this kind of energy drink can hasn't been seen in Japan before. Just look at the close-up. There’s no way there’s another energy drink with such an impactful design besides Yujiro Hanma.

It’s not just about packing everything into the can or making it cluttered; what matters is that it grabs attention and draws people in.

While overseas, limited-edition and eye-catching energy drinks have been released, with some having impactful brand designs, this can design feels like something that could only happen in Japan. When I actually held it in my hands, I found it surprisingly interesting. Initially, I just thought, "Oh, another collaboration drink..."

If energy drinks with such impactful designs are released in Japan with a strong concept in the future, it could be really interesting (ｕ_ｕ*).

Of course, the most important thing is that the taste is improved (^_^;)
