Sugar-Free with a Strong Artificial Sweetener Taste
The color is the same as the original ARMA, a typical yellow that's common in energy drinks.
The taste is full of the typical sugar-free characteristics. The artificial sweetener's bitter sweetness is front and center, accompanied by a strong acidity, making it feel like a vitamin-flavored drink. Due to the artificial sweeteners, there's even a chemical taste, a mixed flavor. If you don't like the taste of artificial sweeteners, you may struggle to finish this one.
It's surprising how much the taste falls apart, but it’s a rare drink with a sugar-free vitamin flavor that could be enjoyed (though it's no longer available since it’s been discontinued...).
For those who like the bitterness of artificial sweeteners, this might be a hit, but personally, I wouldn’t go for a second can (ヽ´ω`).
When I first picked up ARMA in 2014, I was told by an older man, “You should skip it, it’s not good.” Turns out he was right Σ(´∀｀；).
Energy Ingredients of ARMA ENERGY STEALTH
With 160mg of caffeine, 2000mg of taurine, 400mg of guarana, 50mg of carnitine, 50mg of glutamine, and 50mg of ginseng, the energy ingredients are the same as the original ARMA, of course. Since it’s sugar-free, there’s also zero sugar and calories.
Design of ARMA ENERGY STEALTH
The silver can actually features ARMA’s signature military silhouette, which is hard to notice unless you look closely.
At the time of release, ARMA Energy was definitely off track. The third flavor, aside from Stealth, was never released, and production ended. Despite the military-heavy name "Stealth," they were also sponsoring motorcycle-related events, but the product didn’t seem to do very well.
Currently, the ARMA brand continues as "ARMA SPORTS" and has become a supplement manufacturer. They've dropped the military design in favor of a cool look using black, white, and yellow. This shift is probably for the best. Personally, I’m hoping for a new ARMA energy drink to come out under this new direction.
