As for the taste, it stays true to the refreshing profile of Vitamin Water. However, when consumed as an energy drink, the flavor feels a bit too light.

The “Berry Punch” flavor is quite well-expressed, with the sweet and sour berry taste, the tangy hints of seeds and surrounding fruit, all crafted to feel fresh and not overly ripe. But there’s also a slight sugary aftertaste that lingers. Despite the refreshing quality, that lingering sweetness feels like a contradiction. It leaves me wondering, "Why is it there?"

From a nutritional standpoint, it doesn’t really feel like a typical energy drink. (Quite frankly, it’s lacking in that department.)
