In 2001, while living in the United States, I encountered energy drinks through the dance scene and was deeply impressed. After returning to Japan, I found that energy drinks were considered novelty beverages, so I established a comprehensive website in 2013 to share the true appeal of energy drinks. As an energy drink enthusiast, I began drinking them seriously again, collecting over 7,000 varieties of energy drinks from various countries. I am also active as a critic and expert, receiving media interviews.
Flavor of vitamin water energy orange mango
The can’s color and design are fantastic ((o(´∀`)o)). The orange mango flavor is easy to imagine.
When opened, a strong citrusy fruit scent wafts up. It smells like a tropical fruit juice you’d want to drink in Hawaii, with orange and other fruits blended together. The scent is so strong compared to the usual vitamin water that I had high expectations before even tasting it (;´∀`).
The scent is strong with orange, but the taste features mango and tropical fruit flavors. However, it’s quite faint. It tastes like a soda with a light fruit flavor added—it's that subtle. If you’re expecting a stronger flavor, you might feel disappointed the moment you taste it, especially because the orange scent is so strong, creating quite a gap (^_^;).
Energy Ingredients of vitamin water energy orange mango
The caffeine content is 80mg, derived from green coffee bean extract. It’s a natural energy drink with no preservatives.
Looking at the ingredients, it feels a bit underwhelming, like they just added caffeine... (´・ω・`).
It’s like taking vitamin water, carbonating it for extra freshness, and adding caffeine. The packaging design is excellent, but it’s a bit of a waste, though I guess that’s the concept (ヽ´ω`).
Energy drink for showing off
Given the packaging design, this doesn’t seem like a drink you'd buy and drink at home.
It’s the kind of drink where just holding the can and drinking it outside makes you look cool, something like that.
