It contains 140mg of caffeine, L-theanine, L-tyrosine, zinc, as well as green coffee, green tea, turmeric, cherry, blueberry, broccoli, and kale.

Originally, G FUEL products were known for their 300mg of caffeine, but in 2022, a version with 140mg of caffeine started being released. Not all products have switched to 140mg, but energy drinks for children’s anime or game collaborations are generally sold with this lower amount of caffeine.
