These are protein drinks that combine essential proteins needed for muscle training with the energy blends from various energy drink brands. Naturally, they are non-carbonated and come as pre-made protein drinks.
In 2014, Monster Energy quickly released a product with protein under the name "Muscle Monster," and Rockstar followed suit. However, in 2018, Rockstar withdrew from the market, and Monster reduced its flavor variety, shifting to a bottled format to better meet consumer demands for easier consumption. Indeed, the 16oz can version was too large for a single drink, making the bottled format more appealing due to its convenience and practicality.
