Flavor of GHOST ENERGY CHERRY LEMONADE
Opening the can, I was surprised by the refreshing lime scent combined with the sweet and sour cherry aroma, both of which were perfectly captured. It’s not common to get a scent that highlights both flavors so distinctly, so I was already excited about the taste. Let’s take a sip.
Upon tasting, the fresh, not-too-sweet limeade tartness fills the mouth, followed by the sweet and sour cherry flavor lingering on the aftertaste. This perfectly matches the "CHERRY LEMONADE" flavor name.
The lime’s tartness is not overpowering, and the balance between limeade and cherry is just right, allowing the cherry’s sweetness and tang to shine through.
The cherry and lime aftertaste is light but lingers nicely, so despite being sugar-free, it still has a satisfying taste.
This flavor isn’t aiming for a “real fruit” experience but instead provides the taste of a sugary cherry and lime combination. If you enjoy refreshing drinks, I highly recommend adding plenty of ice for a clean, crisp taste.
When served cold, the artificial lime flavor can be a bit overpowering, but with ice, it transforms into a perfect mojito-like experience. The ice softens the flavors, and the strong minty freshness balances out nicely, giving a refreshingly clean taste. Personally, I recommend drinking it with ice over just chilling it, as the cherry-limeade goodness is better maintained that way.
Energy Ingredients of GHOST ENERGY CHERRY LEMONADE
This drink contains 200mg of caffeine, 1000mg of taurine, 1000mg of Carnipure L-carnitine, 150mg of α-GPC, 100mg of Neurofactor, and 25mg of AstraGin to enhance amino acid absorption.
Design of GHOST ENERGY CHERRY LEMONADE
The bright red and lime green color combination of cherry and lime makes the embossed GHOST logo stand out beautifully.
I personally love the rounded shape of the flavor image on the can.
The entire can features a matte and glossy finish, with the signature GHOST ENERGY series design, subtly incorporating illustrations that match the individual flavor.
The back of the can shows an illustration of cherries and cut limes.
The functional icons on the back are clear with a nice contrast between black and white, and the icons and fonts are well-designed. Many new fitness supplement brands releasing energy drinks seem to excel in this type of design.
One downside, however, is the cheap film wrapping. If the colors and texture were directly printed on the can, it would add a more premium feel.
