MONSTER ENERGY IMPORT has a flavor almost identical to the original MONSTER ENERGY. You can enjoy its sweet, rich aroma and the distinct, sweet taste that is characteristic of MONSTER ENERGY. The scent is strong, just like the original, and the sweet taste has a satisfying richness that quickly fades away. Even though it comes in a 550ml can, it is surprisingly as easy to drink as the 473ml version.

By the way, unless you regularly drink the American original, you probably wouldn't notice any taste difference between the imported version and the original unless you do a side-by-side comparison.

The Lid Mechanism of MONSTER ENERGY IMPORT

When trying MONSTER ENERGY IMPORT for the first time, many people might not know how to open it. Once you figure it out, it's easy! So, let me explain the lid mechanism briefly. This is actually the fun part of the import version.

First, peel off the seal on the lid.

You will then see a plastic lid attached to the top of the can.

Slide the "wing" part of the lid, on the right side, into the crescent-shaped groove on the top of the can and slide it 180 degrees to the left.

When you slide it 180 degrees to the left, the bottom of the lid opens up.

Now the lid is open, and you can drink directly from the can or pour it into a glass. However, the opening is quite small, so it’s not easy to drink directly from the can, and I personally prefer to pour it into a glass.

By the way, if you slide the "wing" back to the right, the lid will close again. This sliding lid system stays attached to the can.

Once the lid is closed, you can turn the can upside down without worrying about it spilling.

The Energy Drink Guy calls this lid system the "Wing Slide." It's not an official name, but the part you grip and turn looks like a "wing," doesn't it?
