The Muscle Monster Vanilla pours into the glass with a thick consistency, giving off the typical vanilla scent of a protein shake.

Since it’s non-carbonated, the aroma doesn’t spread out much. You’ll only notice the sweetness as soon as you open it, and when poured into the glass, the scent isn’t as strong. In fact, store-bought powdered protein shakes might have a stronger fragrance.

When you take a sip, it’s thick and creamy, just like a protein shake should be. You can definitely feel the protein content in this—it's similar to the heaviness of protein powder dissolved with less water.

The flavor is a sweet, milk-based vanilla, typical of the classic protein vanilla flavor. There’s no special touch like vanilla beans or aromatic enhancements, it’s just sweet. Since I’m not a fan of the sweetness and the creamy richness, I couldn’t finish the entire drink.

It has a solid 25g of protein, which is definitely a sufficient amount for most people.

The can design uses almost the same colors as the product inside, with a white cloudy appearance that gives off a protein shake vibe, making it easy to imagine the contents before you even drink it.

When the banana flavor was released, the design was slightly updated, and the ingredients also changed slightly.
