America Rockstar's new product Rush, protein and coffee
The new Rockstar products in the U.S. keep coming in rapid succession.
In fact, new releases are appearing in stores before even making it to the official website, creating a bit of chaos in the process.
During my San Francisco Energy Drink Trip, I was fortunate enough to snag one of these new releases ahead of time, leaving even Energy-Drink-kun surprised.

New Series: Rockstar Sport
One of the most anticipated new Rockstar products this year was ROCKSTAR SPORT.
With 25g of protein, this drink is set to go head-to-head with the Muscle Monster series.
While in San Francisco, I checked out over 50 stores and only found it in two locations.
Given the flood of messages from top-tier energy drink enthusiasts worldwide as soon as this was revealed, I believe I was among the first to get my hands on it.
There's a high chance that this was stocked on shelves before its official release—just a matter of perfect timing.
Muscle Monster surprisingly gained quite a strong following, which likely prompted Rockstar to follow suit.
With 25g of protein—equivalent to a typical powdered protein supplement—this drink is undoubtedly an attractive option, regardless of its actual quality.
New Design & Renewal: Rockstar Roasted
Rockstar’s coffee series, the Roasted lineup, has received a design update along with slight flavor adjustments.
The Mocha variant remains unchanged, while Caramel has been rebranded as Caramel Macchiato.
However, it seems the Vanilla flavor is likely to be discontinued.
The design now aligns with the Almond Milk series, featuring colors that better reflect a coffee theme.
Older versions will gradually be phased out as the new lineup takes over.
It looks like the entire coffee series, including Horchata, will adopt the streamlined "Straight Star" design.
Rockstar has been making moves worldwide, and now, it finally seems to be launching a full-scale wave of new products in the U.S.
It'll be interesting to see how this affects their market share moving forward.

In 2001, while living in the United States, I encountered energy drinks through the dance scene and was deeply impressed. After returning to Japan, I found that energy drinks were considered novelty beverages, so I established a comprehensive website in 2013 to share the true appeal of energy drinks. As an energy drink enthusiast, I began drinking them seriously again, collecting over 7,000 varieties of energy drinks from various countries. I am also active as a critic and expert, receiving media interviews.
