The new product, Red Bull Spring Edition, will be released on February 16 (Tuesday)! And this time, it's the world's first Sakura flavor, developed in Japan.
The official product name is "Red Bull Energy Drink THE SPRING EDITION."
This pink Red Bull, with its Japan-exclusive flavor, is launched during Japan’s iconic and beautiful spring season—it's so exciting! ((o(´∀｀)o))

Red Bull Spring Edition is a Limited-Time Offer

The Spring Edition is not a permanent new product but will be available as a seasonal limited-edition item. It will be released nationwide in convenience stores starting on February 16, so be sure to grab yours while you can! (Though I don’t think it will sell out quickly.)

The size is 185ml, priced at ¥190 excluding tax, the same as the regular Red Bull. It seems there won’t be a 250ml version, so this will likely be a product that combines test sales with an event-like feel.

Red Bull Japan is Truly Exceptional

Honestly, I didn’t expect Red Bull Japan to go this far. Having seen Red Bull products worldwide, I actually own quite a few limited-edition ones from various countries, but no other country has released a brand-new flavor exclusive to them.

The dedication to creating flavors unique to Japan is especially impressive, and the fact that they are able to develop such innovative products and bring them to market is extraordinary. The energy drink and carbonated beverage market in Japan isn’t that big, and Japan isn’t typically the center for energy drinks, so I don’t think this decision was made lightly.

Because I’ve collected Red Bulls from around the world, I can confidently say that the Red Bull Spring Edition is absolutely incredible!

However, the Summer Edition is still on the shelves, and it seems like you could enjoy each season all year long with these editions. (^_^;)
In that case, we might also be able to look forward to Fall and Winter Edition series. Japan is a country that celebrates all four seasons, so it would be amazing to enjoy limited Red Bull flavors for each season!

Though it’s still cold in February when the release date comes, I can’t wait to embrace the Spring spirit with the Red Bull Spring Edition!
