Monster Energy M3 to be relaunched in April

Monster Energy M3 Relaunched in April
The bottled Monster Energy M3, known for its image of being "3x concentrated," is getting a label redesign!
The simple black design is now replaced with a striking green look (´∀`*).

■ Product Name: Monster Energy M3
■ Release Date: Tuesday, April 12, 2016
■ Price: 190 yen (excluding tax)

Is It Just a Label Change?

At first glance, this M3 redesign seems to have only added an effect similar to Rehab Green Tea to the label.

However, the text at the bottom of the label has changed from "M3 SUPER CONCENTRATE" to "EXTRA STRENGTH."
The design differs from the usual "Extra Strength" branding, but it's clear that this version has a much more intense look than the previous M3.

Hoping for a Future 355ml Extra Strength Can!

With this M3 label update, I'm personally getting my hopes up for a future transition to a 355ml Extra Strength can! (Just my own speculation, but I’d love to see it happen!)

Since the bottle version often gets grouped with traditional energy tonics, it would be great if they went for a larger size with an intense Extra Strength flavor.

By the way, M3 is rarely seen in the U.S. anymore. Even when I do spot it on store shelves, it’s often covered in dust, making me wonder if it’s still in production at all. Honestly, I think energy drinks work better in cans.
Uber Monster also transitioned from a bottle to the Wing Slide can, after all.

Could This Also Mean a Juice Monster Khaos Release?

Previously, I covered the possibility of Juice Monster Khaos launching in Japan.

As of today, Khaos has been continuously available at half price on Choppuru.
That alone wouldn’t necessarily make me expect a Juice Monster release, but today I also noticed that M3 is being sold at a 40% discount alongside Khaos.
Could this mean that a Khaos redesign is coming soon? If you're a true energy drink fan, it's hard not to speculate!

I really hope to see M3 evolve into an Extra Strength can and for Khaos to get a proper refresh.
Looking forward to more exciting releases in Japan! ((o(´∀`)o))

As an energy drink enthusiast, I began drinking them seriously again, collecting over 7,000 varieties of energy drinks from various countries.
