On March 1, 2017, Monster Energy announced a global partnership with Lewis Hamilton.

What energy drink enthusiasts should take note of here is the potential for a Lewis Hamilton Edition. Given that past collaborations like The Doctor and Gronk have been released, there is a very high possibility that this will be a special collaboration flavor. On March 1 (local time), Monster Energy officially announced the partnership on its website, followed shortly by Lewis Hamilton himself, who revealed both the global partnership and the upcoming release of the Lewis Hamilton Edition Monster Energy.

Only a small portion of the can has been officially revealed so far, but even from this glimpse, it already looks incredible! ((o(´∀｀)o))

This seems to be a CG render, but the top has a brushed metal finish, and the body may have a rough texture similar to VR46. If that's the case, this could be one of the best-designed cans ever!

Update on May 15

As enthusiasts may already know, the LH34 edition has already launched in the UK, and it has even been added to the official UK website.

It will continue rolling out across the EU. In Japan, there have been rumors that the VR46 (The Doctor) edition will launch about three years later. If that trend continues, we can only hope that the Lewis Hamilton Edition will eventually make its way to Japan as well! ((o(´∀｀)o))
