"EXSTRONG LOVE＆PEACE ENERGY DRINK"

The new Matsukiyo Energy Drink is named "EXSTRONG LOVE＆PEACE ENERGY DRINK," and it will be released on October 11, 2018, in limited quantities at Matsumoto Kiyoshi stores nationwide.

The price is the same as before, 150 yen (tax included). Since it’s limited edition, it may not become a regular item. The can is purple, and the content inside is said to be pink.

Energy Ingredients in Matsukiyo's New LOVE＆PEACE

It contains 65mg of caffeine, 200mg of arginine, 200mg of citrulline, and 2.7mg of zinc, designed as a vitality-boosting energy drink. If you’re familiar with these ingredients, you’ll know that citrulline and zinc are known for enhancing energy and vitality. It would be interesting if they added things like maca or soft-shelled turtle too—though that might be a bit too obvious, right? Σ(´∀｀；)

The pink color and the product name "Love and Peace" seem to carry a subtle message as well.

That said, the ingredient amounts aren’t that high, so I don’t expect any dramatic changes. XD

The press release mentions "trending on social media," and it looks like there was quite a response. They seem to want to make the most of this buzz while it lasts.

It’s hard to imagine that a private label energy drink could generate this much buzz. I would have liked to see the progress of this trend from March and April.

The release is on October 11, 2018, and it's in limited quantities, so it might be worth trying it out!
