[Discontinued] Monster Energy Pipeline Punch Sold Out Due to High Demand, Only Available While Stocks Last
Monster Energy's New Release, Pipeline Punch has been sold out due to overwhelming demand, and the news has spread across the internet.

Although there is no official mention on Asahi Beverages' website, when Energy Drink Man contacted Asahi Beverages directly, they confirmed that Pipeline Punch has indeed been discontinued. That was fast! Σ(´∀`;)

[Update] Possible Restock!?

According to BIGLOBE News, they are currently working on restocking it, though the timeline is yet to be determined.
I spoke with three people today, but they didn’t have any information about the resumption of production... (^_^;)

Hopefully, the stock will be plentiful in stores by summer!

Currently, Pipeline Punch is Discontinued, No New Orders Can Be Made

[Discontinued] Monster Energy Pipeline Punch Sold Out Due to High Demand, Only Available While Stocks Last As reported online, an announcement regarding the discontinuation of Pipeline Punch was made during the week of May 13, and currently, Pipeline Punch cannot be newly ordered and is only available while stocks last at stores.
※This is not a sales suspension, but only a halt in production. As of May 22, it is still available for purchase at convenience stores and online platforms like Amazon.

It remains unclear whether the production line couldn't keep up with demand, as explained by Asahi Beverages.

There has been no official announcement regarding whether or when production will resume for Pipeline Punch. For now, only the stock already ordered by stores, vending machines, and online retailers remains available.

On Amazon and Rakuten, stocks that were available in the morning of May 22 were sold out by the afternoon. Despite being a tropical fruit flavor perfect for summer, it's a shame that it has been discontinued before the rainy season... (ヽ´ω`)

Opinions from Energy Drink Enthusiasts...

Among serious enthusiasts, there are voices saying that, given the high-profit margins, they might resume production, and Energy Drink Man shares the same opinion. Honestly, it would be a waste to stop here! I really hope they will make an effort to restock it for the summer.

【Update】As mentioned earlier, other news reports indicate that the restock date is currently undecided. As of the morning of May 22, Asahi Beverages said, "We have no information on the resumption of production," so it remains uncertain. Either way, it's exciting to see what will happen. If this ends here, it will go down in history. For now, it might be a good idea to buy a few cans while they are still available in stores, to avoid paying higher prices for resold products.

In 2001, while living in the United States, I encountered energy drinks through the dance scene and was deeply impressed. After returning to Japan, I found that energy drinks were considered novelty beverages, so I established a comprehensive website in 2013 to share the true appeal of energy drinks. As an energy drink enthusiast, I began drinking them seriously again, collecting over 7,000 varieties of energy drinks from various countries. I am also active as a critic and expert, receiving media interviews.
