Red Bull to be sold exclusively at the 2019 Japanese F1 Grand Prix

2019年F1日本グランプリ会場限定レッドブル再販?
From October 10th (Thursday) to 14th (Monday), the limited edition Red Bull Honda cans will be sold at the venue of the 2019 FIA Formula 1 World Championship Series, Japan Grand Prix Race.

High likelihood of Honda collaboration cans being sold at general stores

2019年F1日本グランプリ会場限定レッドブル再販?In 2018, the "Toro Rosso Honda cans" were sold exclusively at the Suzuka Circuit venue, but in 2019, it is likely that the Max Verstappen & Marc Márquez collaboration design cans, which were sold at convenience stores nationwide this year, will be featured at Suzuka Circuit.

These cans were previously promoted as "rare cans" during a Twitter campaign, making them a limited edition item (the official use of this term was quite amusing).

Red Bull "Honda Design Cans" Sales Information

Sales Locations

  • Suzuka Circuit Official Store
  • V-STA Official Shop
  • Gourmet Plaza
  • Gate Shop
  • Red Bull Booth

Price

6-pack only, ¥1,800 (tax included)

Last year, the "Toro Rosso Honda cans" sold out by the morning of the qualifying day at Suzuka Circuit, so it seems they have prepared 1.2 times more stock this time.

Hope for National Release

While limited-edition products at the venue are interesting, I think that releasing the collaboration cans nationwide would have greater PR effects and reduce concerns about resale, which would be great for everyone involved.

Since this release will be a reissue of an existing product from this year, many might pass on it, but it would be fantastic if collaboration cans could be made available nationwide to allow more people to experience Red Bull's world.

In 2001, while living in the United States, I encountered energy drinks through the dance scene and was deeply impressed. After returning to Japan, I found that energy drinks were considered novelty beverages, so I established a comprehensive website in 2013 to share the true appeal of energy drinks. As an energy drink enthusiast, I began drinking them seriously again, collecting over 7,000 varieties of energy drinks from various countries. I am also active as a critic and expert, receiving media interviews.
