Coca-Cola Energy to be discontinued in North America by the end of 2021
Coca-Cola Energy's 4 varieties, released in the U.S. in January 2020, have been announced as discontinued. It lasted less than 2 years in the U.S.
Discontinuation by the End of 2021
Coca-Cola Energy entered the growing energy drink market in the U.S., but the results were not as expected.
By the end of 2020, Coca-Cola Energy held only a 0.7% share of the U.S. energy drink market, as reported by Beverage Digest.
Although the exact timing is unclear, Coca-Cola Energy will be discontinued in the U.S. and Canada by the end of 2021.
In Europe, where the Coca-Cola Energy Cherry flavor was launched after the U.S., it will continue for now. It has almost disappeared in Japan as well, but what will happen next!?
