Protein-Containing Energy Drinks Seen in Monster Energy and Rockstar
Muscle Monster contains 25g of protein. Later, Rockstar released two types of sports series, but they were discontinued after just over a year. Rockstar did not focus on muscle training promotions, so they couldn't build a strong brand identity, and the products disappeared.
In contrast, Monster Energy has consistently built the Muscle Monster brand, creating an image of a product aimed at serious trainers and athletes.
Currently, Monster Energy has shifted from cans to plastic bottles, making it more convenient to drink, and it is becoming more accepted in fitness scenes. (This line was eventually discontinued, and the protein-infused Monster Energy series is no longer available.)
Protein in Traces Due to Additives
Coffee-flavored energy drinks may contain 1-2g of protein due to milk. However, this protein comes from the milk itself and is not intended to be seen as a supplement ingredient.

In 2001, while living in the United States, I encountered energy drinks through the dance scene and was deeply impressed. After returning to Japan, I found that energy drinks were considered novelty beverages, so I established a comprehensive website in 2013 to share the true appeal of energy drinks. As an energy drink enthusiast, I began drinking them seriously again, collecting over 7,000 varieties of energy drinks from various countries. I am also active as a critic and expert, receiving media interviews.
