The Bitter Lemon from the Red Bull Organics series, which I was most excited about among the Japanese releases, was finally opened. At first, the aroma isn’t as strong as I expected!?

I thought it was a bit underwhelming, but when I sniffed it again, the rich Bitter Lemon fragrance was so intense that it made me wonder why I didn’t notice it earlier. Oh, this one’s definitely going to be great…｡ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡

When poured into a glass, it has a slightly yellow-green color with a cloudy appearance, which makes it even more enticing. (*´艸｀*)

The taste hits immediately with a burst of rich bitterness from lemon, lime, and grapefruit. It’s not just bitter—there’s a refreshing and fruity citrus aroma and taste that are as intense as the bitterness, making it hard to believe it’s only 10% fruit juice.

The aftertaste feels like the freshness of fruit pulp bursting, making me check the can to see if it contains actual pulp!

The Red Bull Organics series includes a label at the bottom of the can to describe the product's features. For Bitter Lemon, it’s described as "Crisp." Indeed, the sharpness from the bitterness and acidity gives it a crisp taste, so I can see why it’s labeled as such.

It’s best enjoyed chilled on its own, but even with ice, the richness and sharpness of the flavor remain, maintaining its deliciousness. Personally, I found it incredibly tasty! (；´∀｀)
