Starbucks Double Shot Energy Frappuccino
Among the rich energy drinks, the one I splurged on the most was Starbucks' Doubleshot Energy.
I even went out of my way to buy a Starbucks glass that costs over 700 yen just for this (;´∀`).
By the way, Starbucks Doubleshot Energy is not officially sold in Japan. I used a leftover vanilla flavor we had at home to make it ((o(´∀`)o))

In 2001, while living in the United States, I encountered energy drinks through the dance scene and was deeply impressed. After returning to Japan, I found that energy drinks were considered novelty beverages, so I established a comprehensive website in 2013 to share the true appeal of energy drinks. As an energy drink enthusiast, I began drinking them seriously again, collecting over 7,000 varieties of energy drinks from various countries. I am also active as a critic and expert, receiving media interviews.
Starbucks Doubleshot Energy Caramel Frappuccino
The appearance is pretty intense, right? (lol)
Inside, it's made with Starbucks Doubleshot Energy Vanilla, caramel sauce, and ice shaken together.
On top, there's whipped cream, a generous drizzle of caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of almonds.
A close-up shot. Even now, it looks so tempting. You’d definitely take a big gulp of this one. A gulp-drink!
Starbucks Doubleshot Energy Chocolate Frappuccino
And here's the one where the base is still Starbucks Doubleshot Energy Vanilla, but with extra chocolate sauce added, shaken with ice.
Since the base is vanilla, it's super sweet, so I used a bit more chocolate sauce to balance it out.
Then, whipped cream goes on top with a generous drizzle of chocolate sauce and a sprinkle of chocolate chips.
The chocolate is so rich it’s shocking.
Starbucks Doubleshot Energy is a Monster from the Start
As I mentioned in the usual reviews, it’s incredibly sweet. Too sweet.
Adding whipped cream and sweet sauces only makes it sweeter, and honestly, it felt even sweeter than what you’d get at the store (;´∀`).
This time I used:
Starbucks glass
Doubleshot Energy Vanilla
Whipped cream
Caramel sauce
Chocolate sauce
Nuts
Almonds
Quite a few ingredients, right?
The most important part, though, is the Starbucks glass and straw. Without these, the appearance just wouldn’t be the same (*´艸`*)
