Released in 2014, this is the Fruit Punch flavor from Rockstar's Pure Zero series in the UK. Unlike the American staple "ROCKSTAR PURE ZERO PUNCHED," it comes with a different product name. Interestingly, its design matches that of the now-discontinued American "ROCKSTAR PURE ZERO BLUE ICE."

The light pink color poured from the black and blue can. There's a sense of mismatch between the can and the color of the contents, and the color doesn't quite scream "fruit punch" either, which might feel off.

While the color itself is quite beautiful, many people might expect a peach or strawberry flavor based on this color.

Upon tasting, the scent of fruit punch is gentle, and a tangy, acerola-like juice spreads across the mouth. The smooth sweetness gives a somewhat mild impact, but with the fruit punch aroma added, it doesn't feel bland.

Contains 160mg of caffeine, 2000mg of taurine, 20mg of ginseng, and 20mg of guarana.

While the American Pure Zero series contains 240mg of caffeine, the UK version has a more standard 160mg, making it easier to drink without worrying too much about caffeine intake. This amount feels just right.

The Pure Zero series design features a rough texture on the black can with silver cracks reflecting light.

Although the design matches the American Pure Zero Blue Ice, the contents are a pink fruit punch flavor. It's curious why the Blue Ice design was used here.

In 2019, the Rockstar series in the UK underwent a redesign to the Big Star design, but PURE ZERO FRUIT PUNCH was not included and was discontinued. The flavor itself wasn't poorly received, and some people in the UK actually preferred it to sugary fruit punch.

Similarly, another UK-exclusive flavor, ROCKSTAR PUNCHED PURE ZERO GUAVA, also became part of the Big Star lineup but has since been discontinued. By 2020, the entire Pure Zero series disappeared from the UK, likely due to the expansion of the XDURANCE and XD POWER series, which also offer zero-sugar options.
