Flavor of ROCKSTAR Recovery Grape

The Rockstar Recovery series is non-carbonated. I imagined a rich grape flavor from the can's color, but when I poured it into a glass, I was surprised to find a high level of transparency and a luxurious appearance, unlike the color of the can. I was expecting a much deeper purple (；´∀｀)

When I tried it, the strong aroma was unexpected given the light color, with a sharp, tart flavor that felt like drinking concentrated grape juice straight. It's incredibly intense.

However, it doesn’t have a high fruit juice content or sugar, so it doesn’t feel like a thick 100% fruit juice, and the aftertaste is clean and refreshing, which is another defining feature.

Energy Ingredients of ROCKSTAR Recovery Grape

As indicated on the can, it’s low in calories with only 6g of sugar, which is minimal. Despite this, it delivers such a rich aroma and smooth mouthfeel, which is one of the things I like about this series.

The clean aftertaste is typical of low-calorie, low-carb drinks, but the upfront impact of the flavor creates a nice balance, which I think works well ( ´∀｀)b Good!

However, I feel that many people might find the flavor too intense to drink, so it’s definitely a taste that divides opinions. It’s a bit sad that it’s already been discontinued (´・ω・｀)
