Flavor of Minasama no Osumitsuki Energy Drink

The first time I saw Minasama no Osumitsuki Energy Drink was through a Twitter advertisement, and at that point, I only thought, "Not again..."
Then, when I found it in-store and saw the price, about 170 yen (including tax), I thought, "A private brand product? That's too expensive..." and felt a little disappointed.

Opening it with no expectations, it naturally had a classic Red Bull-like aroma, which made me even more disappointed (ヽ´ω`)

The classic aroma quickly filled my nose. The taste had just the right balance, with sweetness being controlled and acidity not being too strong. It was like a softer Red Bull, with no harshness. The drink was easy to sip, and the aftertaste was clean without any unpleasant lingering taste. I was surprised at how this drink completely dispelled my initial thoughts of "Not again!" Σ(・∀・；)

Moreover, while it had a hint of chemical flavor, the taste and aroma stayed in balance and weren't overwhelming, making it very easy to drink. There is no overpowering sweetness, so it fits well at any time, offering a stable classic flavor that doesn’t dominate.

The quality of the classic flavor was so impressive that I finished the 250ml in no time. If it were summer, I think many people would feel like they need more. As for the taste, there were almost no drawbacks.

Combined with the winding design of the Minasama no Osumitsuki series, it creates a feeling of "What is this?" but as for the taste, even the "Drinking King" would approve of it, so you’ll quickly stop caring about the design while drinking it w

The pull tab is the standard silver type. This isn’t really a part where I think color or logos are necessary, but if the tab had been red or orange, I’d be looking forward to future series developments.

Whether Minasama no Osumitsuki Energy Drink is just a mediocre attempt to imitate a classic flavor or if it was genuinely crafted to be a universally easy-to-drink beverage, I think most people would be fine either way (^_^;)
Personally, I felt that someone within the team knew what they were doing, and I was impressed by the good quality of the flavor.

However, when it comes to the price, I do wish they could have made it a little cheaper—maybe around 100 yen, especially for a private brand.
