When poured into a glass, the color is a bright, transparent lime green. It’s much cleaner than I expected and not a toxic color at all. However, the smell is a bit green and gives off a slight uneasy feeling...

When I take a sip, the fresh melon-like scent blends with a mild kiwi tartness and the sweet-and-sour flavor of apple. The scent is green and refreshing, but the kiwi-apple flavor is surprisingly strong, leaving a lasting taste on my tongue, making it quite satisfying to drink.

By the way, the cactus' greenish smell lingers throughout, so if you're not fond of greenish scents, this might not be for you. While the kiwi-apple’s sweet-and-sour aftertaste is unexpectedly good, many might not come back for more because of the cactus' greenish scent.

The current SEMTEX CACTUS has been redesigned from its original look and now bears no resemblance to the first edition. It’s unfortunate, but only those who bought SEMTEX when it was first released in 2014 got to enjoy both the can design and the content in real-time. You can still enjoy the flavor, but it's a shame that we can no longer experience the intense can design.
