When I took a sip, I was surprised by the gentle tartness and the sweet-sour concentrated apple flavor, making it an easy-to-drink apple flavor suitable for the general public. Many sour apple flavors from other brands are too sour and no longer taste like apple, but this one is a good balance.

The aftertaste leaves a hint of tartness, and the overall balance of sweet and sour makes it a flavor that should appeal to everyone. I don't think many people would find it too sour to drink. The price isn’t too high, and if you’re looking for a mainstream energy drink, this more moderate sour apple flavor is probably just right.

However, if you add ice, the apple flavor’s richness will be lost, so refrigerating it seems just right. On the other hand, for those who think “it’s not sour apple unless it’s really sour!” I recommend drinking it quickly with plenty of ice. Personally, I think the balanced deliciousness of sour apple would have been a great addition to the lineup as a mainstream energy drink, and I wish they had kept it around.
