When opened, a fresh, grassy melon-like scent fills the air. This is the aroma that seems to represent the cactus flavor.

When poured into a glass, the color is a lighter, brighter green, unlike any natural color in the world, and it's surprising. It doesn't evoke the image of a natural cactus but rather gives off an artificial vibe. Now, let’s try the taste.

When I take a sip, I almost don’t taste the cactus-like melon scent. Instead, I sense apple-like sweetness and a unique flavor, followed by a sweet, almost perfume-like flavor that envelops the taste. This distinct floral scent seems to overpower the cactus flavor.

The grassy scent I noticed when opening the can is almost nonexistent while drinking. As a result, the taste drifts even further from what I expected to be a cactus flavor.

The light, sweet taste feels more like an apple-scented air freshener than pure apple flavor. It's neither cactus nor apple, and the refreshing apple taste is hindered by the fragrance of the air freshener. This ambiguous taste is what defines TIGER CACTUS ATTACK.

So, if you’re expecting the crisp taste of cactus, you might be disappointed by the flavor. In that case, I recommend drinking it with plenty of ice.

Adding ice makes the sweetness disappear, changing it to a fresher taste.

With the reduced sweetness, the slight grassy taste returns, increasing the refreshing sensation. However, whether or not it tastes like cactus may depend on how you perceive it... Either way, the impression of a refreshing green apple is likely the strongest.

While drinking, I didn’t think there was any juice, but it actually contains 3% apple juice. This suggests that, despite the name “CACTUS ATTACK,” it seems to be locally recognized as a “green apple flavor.”

The back of the can features a horizontally written logo and flavor name, and overall, it’s a bit disappointing in terms of sophistication. With the increase in more intricate designs for various flavors lately, this simple design feels somewhat lacking.
