Released in June 2023 in Poland, this is a review of the watermelon-flavored TIGER ZERO SUGAR series.

This was the first product in the now most flavor-diverse TIGER ZERO SUGAR lineup. In Poland, TIGER ZERO SUGAR WILD STRAWBERRY and TIGER ZERO SUGAR PEACH were introduced in 250ml cans in June 2023, with new flavors gradually added over the following year.

In December 2024, the TIGER ZERO SUGAR series was also launched in 500ml cans in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Opening the can releases a sweet and tangy aroma reminiscent of strawberry candies or gum. It doesn’t have the natural scent of strawberry flesh but instead leans toward a processed candy-like fragrance.

When you take a sip, the primary flavor is a sweet and tangy strawberry gum, complemented by a refreshing aftertaste similar to acai or raspberry, resulting in a mixed berry gum flavor.

Rather than a pure strawberry flavor, it feels like a blend of various berry notes. Despite its gum-like quality, the flavor and aroma are not monotonous; they offer a rhythm of different berry nuances, which I personally found highly enjoyable.

However, as it’s labeled "berry mix gum," those expecting a straightforward strawberry flavor might find themselves wanting a bit more strawberry essence.

There’s a slight lingering taste of artificial sweeteners, which is a recurring characteristic of the TIGER ZERO SUGAR series. It feels as though they intentionally chose not to mask the artificial sweetener flavor.

That said, the sweetener flavor could have been concealed better, which might have made the product more universally appealing with a smoother, more natural aftertaste.

Since its release in 2023, the TIGER ZERO SUGAR WILD STRAWBERRY has paved the way for the series’ gradual expansion. By the summer of 2024, the flavors had grown so numerous that collecting them during a trip to Poland became a challenge.

While official websites don’t consolidate product information, the hunt for these flavors adds to the thrill of exploring abroad. Having the TIGER series available makes traveling to Poland infinitely more enjoyable.
