Sweet Pink Grapefruit Candy
Upon opening, a bitter pink grapefruit scent bursts out. The fluorescent pink color is dazzling (*´艸`*)
When you take a sip, you’re greeted with a sweet candy-like flavor and a bitter pink grapefruit aroma. The fruitiness is barely noticeable, and the unique sourness or bitterness of pink grapefruit is absent. Instead, the grapefruit is represented mainly by its aroma.
The lack of fruitiness and slightly cheap taste might be due to the absence of a bitter aftertaste, making it feel more like a candy. If it could recreate the refreshing, bitter taste of eating the fruit, it would have felt more like a true pink grapefruit flavor.
Honestly, I expected it wouldn’t be aiming for a realistic flavor, considering the fluorescent pink color even before drinking it (^_^;)
