It contains 78.75mg of caffeine, 20mg of taurine, and 250mg of carnitine, 50mg of leucine, 25mg of isoleucine, and 25mg of valine, which are specific to this Sports Maniac version.

Compared to the regular XL series, taurine is lower, and carnitine and BCAAs are added for a more sports-focused formulation. However, the amino acid amounts are very small, so it likely won’t significantly impact performance.
