When opened, a sweet grape scent fills the air. Given the color, it’s easy to guess this will be a grape flavor. Let’s try it.

Upon taking a sip, the sweet and mild flavor of grape, particularly a Kyoho grape flavor, comes through. The acidity is subtle, and a gentle grape fragrance spreads across the palate, creating a light and easy-to-drink experience.

Although it contains 2% grape juice, it doesn't have the tanginess or bitterness of grapes, nor the fresh, burst-of-juice type that you might expect from real fruit juice.

While it might not be described as deep in flavor, the mild sweetness and smooth finish without much aftertaste make it easy to drink, especially alongside a meal. Despite the 68g of sugar in ZONe BLOOD, the sweetness is surprisingly restrained.

Its relatively light taste makes it ideal to enjoy even more refreshing with ice.

Overall, it’s a flavor without any overwhelming characteristics, and you could easily drink a full 500ml without feeling tired of it. I managed to finish the 500ml during this review, which I can’t say for many other ZONe products.

Given the design and the product name "BLOOD" inspired by Chainsaw Man, you might expect something with more punch or intensity, but in reality, it feels like an ordinary carbonated grape juice. It lacks the strong impact or fullness you might have anticipated.
